Role Overview
We are searching for a proactive Human Resources Recruiter who thrives in high-growth, distributed environments. You will own the entire recruiting lifecycle for roles ranging from technical specialists to virtual assistants, partnering with leadership to translate business needs into effective hiring strategies.

You will improve our talent pipeline velocity, tell the Webstacks story to diverse candidate communities, and design consistent processes that make every candidate feel valued.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle including intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and pre-boarding.
- Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to understand evolving workforce plans and skill requirements.
- Source globally through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry communities, and referral programs.
- Own candidate communications across email, phone, Slack, and video to provide a best-in-class experience.
- Report on funnel metrics, hiring velocity, and conversion health to drive predictable hiring.
- Coordinate assessments, references, and compensation benchmarks, ensuring compliance with US and Canadian regulations.
- Maintain talent pools and nurture high-potential prospects for future openings.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a high-growth, remote, or global organization.
- Demonstrated success hiring for both technical (engineering, product, data) and business roles.
- Comfortable working across time zones in North America with availability during core US business hours.
- Expert user of ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and collaborative tools such as Google Workspace and Slack.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—you build trust quickly with candidates and stakeholders.
- Highly organized with the ability to juggle multiple requisitions and competing priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or equivalent practical experience.
