Marketing Specialist

  • Full-time
  • Remote (US & Canada)
  • Req ID: 7841057001

Role Overview

Webstacks is looking for a Marketing Specialist who can turn strategy into shipped work. You will own day-to-day execution across content, campaigns, email, and reporting—helping us reach B2B marketing and engineering leaders who need a better way to build and scale their websites.

This is a hands-on role for someone who writes well, moves quickly, and cares about measurable outcomes. You will collaborate closely with growth, design, and client-facing teams to keep our marketing engine running and improving.

Impact You Will Make

You will help Webstacks publish high-quality content, launch campaigns that generate qualified interest, and build the operational rhythm that keeps marketing consistent as we scale.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, write, and publish blog posts, guides, landing pages, and email campaigns aligned with Webstacks' positioning.
  • Support demand generation programs including webinars, lead magnets, nurture sequences, and paid campaign coordination.
  • Manage content calendars, campaign timelines, and asset handoffs across design, growth, and operations.
  • Optimize on-page SEO, metadata, and internal linking for key marketing pages and resources.
  • Maintain marketing dashboards and report on content performance, traffic, leads, and campaign results.
  • Coordinate social promotion, newsletter distribution, and repurposing of long-form content into shorter formats.
  • Partner with sales and client teams to turn customer stories, insights, and wins into compelling marketing assets.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B marketing, content marketing, or demand generation—preferably in SaaS, agencies, or professional services.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to explain technical topics clearly for marketing audiences.
  • Experience with CMS platforms, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g. HubSpot, Google Analytics, Search Console).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, remote environment with async communication in Slack and Google Workspace.
  • Detail-oriented project management skills—you follow through and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Familiarity with SEO fundamentals, content distribution, and basic campaign reporting.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

Benefits & Perks

  • Fully remote, full-time role with flexible scheduling across US and Canadian time zones.
  • Direct impact on how Webstacks shows up in market and generates pipeline.
  • Collaborative team that values clear writing, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
  • Professional development stipend for courses, certifications, or conferences.
